The bad news is none of the info including email to him or phone number links work anymore. The good news, well, there isn't any. Ebay has had an offering that went about $80 shipped. The rest are $180-300 online.

No, just saying that all the information from sites like FOHBC, glassworks, bottlebooks.com etc., is out of date. None of the links will get the book for you.
Amazon, biblio, etc will for a ton of $$.
