hi heres are some local old home sites I wish I could dig asked a few but they are afraid to give permission because they are on the historic register...
my favorite 1658...can you imagine the balls it took back then with nothing but woods and indians around , no nearby neighbors..I give them a lot of credit .one of the first in the hood...
a lot more in the area the history is great in this area..I am one stree off the historic my hose was built in the 1950s..would love tp own one of these historic homesteads some day can you give me the winning powerball numbers?
The Crandall house was actually from Prudence Island. They brought it over to Pawtuxet on a barge. There must be some killer spots to dig on that island...
I didn't know that... I know an old timer who dug all over down there... A lot of the old spots in the village... He said he dug the crandal house and the neighborhood around that Irish bar, is it c c obrians? I can't remember now... A friend of mine owns the house next-door to the bar... The cove and the mud flats there and down in stonington yield some killa glass...
Is prudence island the one that had a bunch of house that got wiped out in 38 and is uninhabited now?
