Anyone have any ideas on what this bottle is?
It stands about 5 inches tall, the base width and length are both about 3 3/4 inches.
The weird thing is that the neck is off set! On one face of the neck is embossed:
"L D. PATENTED JULY 4TH 1871" Which is both cool and frustrating because its tough to find US patent info before 1872 [
] Its also a weird piece because even with such a huge neck, the seam stops at its base.
Any ideas appreciated. Thank you.
