The Sulphuric acid bottle I bought at a flea market No obvious seam and there's some air pockets in the glass and the lips uneven, i don't know if this makes it pre-1900 or just crappy craftmans ship, the glass is etched with the words "Sulphuric Acid / Conc. C.P. / H2SO4"

The beaker I found in my grandparents basement...which was weird because my grandfather was in the air force and my grandmother was a nurse. It's marked "A / Exax / USA / 500ml / 20oC " a fill marker and etched with an enlongated hexagon with the numbers 255 above it.

I've seen these in different places for different prices..
The small embossed ones with the stoppers I've seen for $5-$10
Not the big ones though..
Nice bottle![:)]

Your sulfuric acid bottle is a bit different than the normal ones you see in that it is engraved rather than embossed or an applied label. Nice bottle.

The flask is a volumetric flask. They are used for mixing chemical solutions. Having the volume measurement on the long narrow neck helps you to be more precise in your measurements. There are a lot of those made and still being made. They make funky red wine decanters for letting reds "breath".
