Always wanted one of those , haven't given up yet . Dug one in an ash dump once , looked like it was all there . Only problem it was in a hundred pieces , a blasted rock right in the middle of the shards . Have never dug a piece of another one .

Tippecanoe - "ROCHETER"

I personally discovered (i.e., dug it out of the ground) this virtually perfect H.H. Warner & Co. Tippecanoe bottle in the 1970's when, as a 12-year old, I was working with my older brother to excavate an 1890's-vintage garbage dump in a then-dry creek in the woods near our house in Hampton Bays, NY (on the East End of Long Island about 85 miles from Manhattan).

It's a beauty!

Great example! Tippies are one of my favorite bottles. A friend of mine dug one about 5 years ago. I'm hoping I'll pull one out of the ground some day but until then there's always ebay [:)]
