To post pictures from your hosting site you would us your image code, sandwhiched between a coupla these guys:

As a side note, this will allow you to post multiple pictures in a post, but your images will vanish here should you delete or sometimes reshuffle your image files. The embedding method used here also, still escapes me. It allows but one photo per post, but is more archival. The preferred method by most of the old hands in these parts.
