I first thought Dr Powell's ?? from burlington Nj but haven't seen one of them enough to know ..

It does look like a slugged out Powell's. I did find that exact example in Odell's with the long slugplate S, or it appears so.

There are a number of bottles from this mold; some blue and some green. The Seitz bottles do not count so ignore them, but all of the others match:

not that they couldn't change the plates.. the donnell just looks the most correct as well as the one embossed premium mineral waters..
Also note that it has a fluted pattern around the neck and the donnel's looks to have the same !!
