Back in 1989 I took over the editing and "publishing" of the monthly newsletter of the NEABC, one of if not the oldest bottle clubs around. It was fun, I did it for as long as I could and my run lasted until 1992. I thought I would post some various stories from that newsletter. this is the cover page. I designed the new stained glass look of the clubs acronym.

Here is an article from 1989 describing the clubs program for that meeting. We used to have some decent meetings with 20 -30 people present. Club participation was waning however.

Here's the editors page from a day when I was the only one who showed up due to the weather. I made the most of it however. I had heard about a guy who had a cobalt Maine druggist and I tracked him down to see it.

My real fun for the newsletter was writing this column "Back At The Dump" I wrote quite a few of these articles, this one had some southern diggers in it.

This took me back a lot of years. My Wife, Barb, and I started the Antique Bottle Club of Orange County (California) about 1965 and she was our first editor. Much time was spent in that endeavor but it was a labor of love. I also wrote a number of articles, mostly local research.

I would enjoy seeing more of what you have. Thanks for sharing.
