Please scroll down to replys, the picture that's supposed to be here is there. lol I posted this because of the nice knot impression from the mold, it appears on three sides of the bottle. It tells mee that the mold was carved out of a single block of wood with a big knot in it, I'm suprised they didn't use it for firewood ! lol

Norm- Cool old bottle with an unusual form- I bet it would be killer on the window sill if you dont have a cat. Good find. J.D

Better picture - why knot?

Thanks guys, sorry about the blank then duplicated pictures. I'm still getting the hang of embedding multiple pictures. Here's what the 2nd one was supposed to be, it shows knot impression much better. Not sure what it was used for, nice thick glass, not too much taper, I'll post a pic of the base as well. By the way, so dark green, remains so in window, I had two sources of lights set up in order to get the pictures, also filled bottle with water to better difuse it.
