Hello all, hers a bottle I found recently, I wonder if the form is a common one, and what it would have likely contained.

here's the base, the lip is rolled inwards and very crude.

That looks pontilled! Nice early bottle. If you found that somewhere, go back! It has the typical look of a sauce or peppers or the like.

Yeah that stuff looks pontil age.. the Radways are not too hard to find, but it's a dern pity you can't dig more there!!!

nice bottles. its likely a sauce bottle. maybe 1850s as is the RRR.
