Dude, that is a piece of altered garbage.

Looks like an ACL coke with the paint buffed off, fused with a melted coke (or glass of similar shade) by some dirty hippie who was smoking so much herb and opium that whatever latent artistic creativity previously present was paralyzed or annihilated. I wouldn't pay .25 for it, unless one of my friends would like to own such a monstrosity.
