Hi all, I was wondering if there are different styles of privys or bottle dumps we live in a rather small community which was had a rather Lot of farmers at one time and I was wondering if they dug there privy mabey shallow or deep the shape and size thanks:)

Look for the dumps,the privy's most likely will not have a lot of trash in them. When there is plenty of room in the woods/fields to dump trash,why throw it in the crappers? The dump is your best bet.

The few farm pits I have dug were shallow.
