From an earlier post suggesting i post pics today on the General Chat board, I got these 2 at a yard sale for $13(6.50 each). Both bottles are amethyst, the unmarked one being so dark it looks almost black except in a well lit room and i am trying to figure out if the Berrings Apple Bitters is a repro or original. There is some printing on the bottom that i cannot read or get a good pic of. The other bottleis unmarked and appears to be handblown with no mold seams visible anywhere on the bottle and the pontil mark appears to have been smoothed out on the bottom and looks almost like a swirl.

Hey Chaz,

Welcome back. The Berrings is a Wheaton "fantasy" bottle. They come in a bunch'a colors. People Sell Them.

Was the Nuline version Perrine's?

I'd like to see base photos, and finish close-ups on the black guy, as well as knowing the size. Is it a dark amber? It's looking kinda Britishy to me.
