I've heard the expression pontil puff a few dozen times now but I still have no idea what a pontil puff is? Can anyone tell me and please add some pics for show and tell. Thanx, Jason

Hey Jason...
The "Puffs" are pretty much freeblown, no seem marks, glass is extremely thin and fragile. Basically was a puff of air by the glassblower and he stretched the bottle into shape. They usually had very thin, fragile flared lips... I don't have one that is intact.. as I stated, they are very thin and fragile... I'll look for one and post it.
