Gott Leibe Matt means God Love in German, this was totally different spelled Gottleib [8D]........supposedly he was a Prussian Dr [:D]

Check out this link Matt and others. After the page loads enlarge the picture by using the t/- slide bar on the left. When zoomed in at the max look in the middle under and just to the right of the tape repair. An article (Changes in Food in The Stomach ) with mention of Fisches at the bottom.

Check out this link from last year at this forum. https://www.antique-bottles.net/forum/m-423875/tm.htm Here is the mold for the VAN DUNCK'S/GENEVER/TRADE MARK/WARE & SCHMITZ bottle. Another treadle design coming out of the Whitney shop just like the Booz and the Kellys.

Imagine if the VAN DUNCKS bottle had a LTC ( Long Tapered Collar ) top like the BOOZ and The KELLYS. I bet you it would fetch a lot more at auction. One can only imagine.

Aaron find this one the Ring and Ham F-46 with embossing on the base in the trash,[8D] and you can quit school this year by just hiring a sub to take the classes for you [:D]........... http://www.bottleauctions.com/ebay/clear-fish-bitters-swims-past-9000/

This is a great web site and a really neat museum to visit. Look at the Fish bottle with the unfinished top right out of the mold gifted to the museum by William H Ware. The same thing for the unfinished Booz bottle blown for Edwin Atlee Barber which he also donated to the museum.
