Found a demijohn in an online ad. I see a faint ring at the center of the base. Does this look like a pontil scar?

those forms are often pontil marked

Well I picked it up for $20. Definitely has a pontil scar. Nice big old bottle, except it does have a deep scratch that goes almost completely around the bottle. not sure what caused that.
