All I know about this is what you see.
And that it was found in the U.S.A..
Looks like a good size kick-up on the base so I assume it is pontiled.

I've seen these in the past in a few different sizes...maybe some sort of utility or ink. I bid on it because it is a size I don't have...we'll see where it goes. I would guess that it is indeed New England glass...they seem to pop up from time to time.

I've seen a couple on the bay but I was never sure. The ones I saw never showed a base or different angles, just the straight on shot like that.
I coined them the capital dome but that was just for me. I just thought they may have been made about the 50th anniversary of the capital building. I've never seen, but never really looked for them, in books.
They sure have the color for the Northeast though, don't they.
Stunning but always out of my price range.
