horse shoe and owl

This BIM cutie has a horse shoe on both sides and an owl w/ crescent moon (sure looks like the same one on the Owl Drug Co bottles) and is 3 1/2" tall..
Could it be a mens cologne, or is it a whiskey nip?
Has anyone dug one or found one with a label?

Surf and Joe,
Is there ANYTHING else embossed on yours? (if you find yours, Joe)
It sure would make tracking it down a lot easier.
I asked the Owl guru (David Devine) what he thinks about it but he needs more photos, etc...
