Hi all,

I recently found this pot lid on a dive. Does anyone have any information on this lid? I cant seem to find anything on this particular one.

Thanks,

Hi,

This lid dates to around 1890-1900 and is relatively common . They usually sell for around 20 - 30 U K Pounds.

W Sutton & Co were the successors to Dicey & Co, of Daffy's Elixir fame. The Co was still a going concern right through to the 1950s (although they had moved a few miles out of London by then).
