I wanted to share this cool motorized trade show display that came from a storage warehouse for HR Nicholson.
It is in all likelyhood the only one in existance. It is Long Nick or Nichol boy as it says on his storage crate. It is for sale if anyone might have an interest or know someone who might collect this type of 40s soda dispalys. This is cool Nichol kola history.

Interesting item. I was looking around to see what I could find that might be similar, and although I never did find another display like the one you posted, I did come across the bottle pictured below that has "Long Nick" on the back label. But the weird thing is, when I tried to find a better picture of the bottle I soon discovered there were none. I found tons of the basic Nichol Kola bottles, but only one like that below. I'm interested in knowing more about this particular bottle and just how rare it might be? It must be a hard one to find considering there are so few or no other pictures of it that I can find on the Internet.

You can find him on most NC bottle of the late 40s, I have a few...
They also ran ads in Life magazine in the late 40s pushing their cola...
This is a great display... Awesome Find!

This is nice. I also want to have some themed graphics for my wraps. I want to give my caravan a unique look along with some business advertisement. Have never worked with Photoshop so will have to hire a designer for that. Hoping that I will come up with some nice designs.

Ignore Bruyn16, it's a spammer.

Eric, I would have guessed you bought that display 5 yrs ago.

I wish.. too much for me at the time... it sold, I believe, to someone that collects mechanical displays. I tried to get my company to buy it and place it in their office.
Would have been nice to take to trade shows and put it to work again. That would have been the center piece to my collection for sure... I'm on the hunt for another cooler and their 1941 calendar... Always looking...
Anyone going to the Oklahoma bottle show? I think it's coming up next week?
