I work with a lady and her father passed away last spring. She was cleaning out his house in Danby Vt. so that they could get it on the market and found one like yours that was near mint. She asked me to research it which I did and I gave her ball park estimate. I was hoping for a chance to purchase it but she said she was going to hold on to it for awhile. Maybe she will let it go in the future but I havn't hounded her for it. I know one thing I won't be able to pick it up for 6 bucks.
