Sure, more common in the earlier machines though.

On this thread of thought. Sure one can if it is missed by the automatic inspection machines. If a small piece of refactory brick lining in the glass furnace or the for-hearth trough were to break off it could end up in the glass and be in a bottle. It could make it all the way. But not likely. RED Matthews
