Here are 5 gins I have in my collection, 4 are dark green , the other is dark brown/amber. 2 have what looks to be pontils shaped like ' wagon wheels' . Does anyone know the nationality of these 5 creatures? Any other info appreciated. The dark brown/amber gin is very crude. Thanks for looking.

Your wagon wheel it's called refired pontil!! i'll love em especially when they bear a seal on it's shoulder![:)]

I relate the large asterisks to being a makers mark. They were the earliest users of makers marks to my knowledge. The Sara toga M W bottles had a lot of them also. RED Matthews
