I have a good collection of that style sauce bottles, but no Heinz in the bunch. Might be a hard to find one I'm guessing.

seems like a failed attempt by Heinz to tap into some of the Lea & Perrin market. They had better luck with pickles and catsup (ketchup for the Heinz folks) :)

Hi.

Just saw this thread and couldn't resist posting an image from 1910. I love the clear glass - embossed - stoppers.

This is a colour promotional work on the Heinz company and it's products at this time. They had their own glassworks and many bottles were used for several (usually related) products.

Heinz sauce etc

click on the pages to leaf through.

I hope this helps.

Excellent contribution, vivo!

Welcome back to the Blue Pages. How come you don't come round more often?

This: Numerical List of Heinz Base Codes is the best that I know of. Unfortunately that #32 club sauce bottle is not listed, though I'm sure it was made at Sharpsburg.
