I purchased this Tell City, Ind at the Indianapolis Bottle Club's first show. This is the first I've seen that city name is underlined where Chero-Cola normally is embossed.Around the base-

I've seen that before. I own a G&L Bottling Company bottle from Pocahontas VA which made me think that they were bottling Chero-Cola in Pocahontas, but in fact it was the Obbagy Brothers Bottling Company who was. It still remains a mystery to me why G&L used this particular style embossing on their bottles. Maybe it just one of the lesser used styles in the glassmaker catalog.
went back to this dump after not have been there all summer , was too many bugs and too wet , now its a heat wave here so at least no bugs but very warm even in the shady bush . didn't stay for long...
