Looks about 7" tall..? If so I'd guess olive oil. 1880-1900.

Thanks cyberdigger. It's 10.25 inches tall. That's why I was thinking some sort of wine or alcohol.

Dang.. if it's that tall it has a severely over-sized lip for a wine.. I still think it's 1880 - 1900 whatever it is..

It looks like an 1880 - 1900 (as already pinned) wine with a slightly unusual profile / shape. I would be quite surprised if it turned out to be other than a wine but stranger things have happened.

It looks of foreign to the US origin and I wouldn't rule out an olive oil at all. IMHO
