here ya go,this looks like a vase/urn but inside it has somwhat like a flour sifter,anybody have any clue to what this is or date? or price????sorry bout the pics...

This is a flower vase, you clean and then put the stalks through the hole in the plate inside and it arranges the flowers in a pattern.
