What you have is a CD 162 Hemingray insulator. It is the colour Hemingray Blue. Hemingray made tons of their insulators in that colour glass, hence why the shade is named after the company in the insulator world. It would have been used for power distribution most likely. They were commonly used on the sides of houses for the power line running to the house. Also, commonly used on hydro poles around north america.
