Thought it was Ink

I picked up this bottle embossed Harrison Columbian Perfumery bottle today for $3. At first look I thought it was a ink bottle but it appears to have held perfume. Is this the same maker of Harrison ink? It looks very early with over size thin lip. Base has what looks like a ground and smoothed pontil.
