Another fake http://www.ebay.com/itm/A...mp;hash=item5afd78992b With hybrid characteristics of a mid 1700s onion bottle on the push up pontil, to a slightly newer late 1790 Western made globe body, to a mid 1800s South Jersey Calabash. Notice the weak twisting of the glass and the overall glossy sheen definite no no's. No base wear either which should be there. On the positive side these guys are finally realizing they need the glass to have some debris in it and this one does. This could fake out a new collector or a seasoned collector shifting his collection to this type of older glass. The Applied LTC top has an odd shape also with strange looking horizontal lines,another give away that it is fake point. What do the rest of you think.
