Couldn't believe I found this bottle at a high traffic antique shop yesterday. It was in a booth that had about a dozen dollar bottles among other stuff. This one was probably over looked because it was not with the rest of the bottles but was on top of the booth so you had to look up to see it. I walked by it the first time and my brother walked by it twice. When I checked out there were two women ahead of me and they had a bought a bunch of low end bottles. I don't think they looked up either. Color ( yellow/green ) and bottle condition is super awesome.

That is a beautiful bottle for any collection. I see that it has a sand pontil markm being a hand blown bottle bottle, it has a nice applied finish tooled with a neat straight taper finish that had some sloppy glass glass that was pushed down under the finish. I am not familiar with product company, but the bottle is an ideal purchase. It might even be worth enough to buy the rest of their bottles. The importamt thing to check on old bottles you look at, is the finish (the closure top of the bottle). If it has two vertical seams on that area, don;t bother with it, unless it is a neat figural or you just like it. Well enjoy the hobby - I have for 77 years and I have accumulated a couple thou glass products, and fondle some of them often. I look for bottle mysteries. which are marks or discrepancy in the glass that needs to be identified. After working in the glass mold industry for 44 years, I have worked on a lot of glass manufacturing subjects - around the world. And enjoyed it all. So if you get a kick to do something with your life - go for it. Advice from an old man. When I was young I had three main marter"s (older men!! - that advised me.)Read my homepage. I am now working on a lot of update for it; RED Matthews

I've seen those before. Mainly they came in amber and dark olive. My girlfriend would love that bottle. She's why I know of this brand. You definitely did well.

I think yours would be very desirable for those putting together color runs of this bottle. Hand blown and applied top, but it has a smooth base, not a sand pontil. Heckuva bargain.
