Picked up the HG to complete the set at the auction. RB 11 # 781, all are aqua. [attachment=photo 1.JPG] [attachment=photo 2.JPG]

Does your pint jar have a regular mouth opening? In your photo it appears to be the same size as the other two jars. The reason I ask is that my Diamond pint is a midget pint (same mouth opening as other improved style midget pints), but comparing my jar to your photo I don't see much difference in the shape of the jar. I'd sure like to see your pint side-by-side with mine.

Your wish is my command Tammy. [:D] Actually, I'm just a bit bored. It looks like the thread count and pitch is a little different also.[attachment=Clipboard01.jpg]

Your jar is exactly the same size as mine. The opening is 2.5" measuring from the outside threads. The opening in the other 2 midgets I have enclosed is 2" from the outside threads. Interestedly, the openings for the HG, QT and PT are the same size. [attachment=photo.JPG] [attachment=photo 3.JPG] [attachment=photo 4.JPG]

Dan: Nice assemblage. Never, ever see Diamonds out here in Western Canada.

Thanks Glen. These jars sometimes pop up here in Nova Scotia. My book says they were made by the Dominion GLass Co. Montreal circa 1915. More must have headed east than west!

I wonder if they were marketed mostly as a product jar to a food producer/wholesaler or two located in the Maritimes?
