Had a great time at the York Bottle & Advertizing Show yesterday. Our tiny PA club helped sponser this first ever revival of one of what was once one of the country's favorite shows. Pictured outside Old Main at the York Fairgrounds where the show was held, complete with a live auction at the end are the goodies I brought home. I got the two explosives boxes in the auction, a Mountain Dew bottle from Cardiff, Md, a book on Chanceford Township history, a Christmas Greetings from Isaac H. Stubbs & Sons Delta, Pa advertising glass and the best was a free gift from Don Hartman, a label from an extract bottle that was from C.R. Ruff General Merchandise Bryansville, Pa. ! You never, never see stuff with Bryansville Pa on it so that was a real thrill !
