Wow, the CD 780 went crazy in the auction - check out the link - ended at $8500!Super rare threadless in very good condition - keep your eyes peeled. This one is the exception due to rarity and condition but you'll still see lots of other threadless in the 100's and up into the 1000's - even rare threaded stuff too. Congrats to MaineRelic, hope the auction fees weren't too high.

The auction fees are stated up front as 12%, so 12% of 8500.00 is 1020.00.

Thanks Bill, that is the buyer's premium, so the buyer is looking at 9,520 + shipping (!) I have no idea how much, or even if there is a seller's premium that would get subtracted from the amount the seller receives. I would imagine there would have to be some sort of percentage there as well. I've never sold anything in one of Ray's auctions so I have no idea. Still going to be a pretty incredible haul for the seller/digger though.
