From drinking glasses I have seen in dumps, looks post prohibition to me. Just looks later than that to my eyes. No idea on the company, sorry.

Oops, should have looked at the internets first. Brown & Williamson snuff bottle. That there is a tobacco leaf on the bottom. Scott
