They are not screw top. The 1st two bottles have cork stoppers and the blue bottle would have had a stopper of some sort too. Can't answer about the seams as I don't have them in my possession yet. This was the only picture I was provide by the previous owner.

Without more info it will be tough to say on either point. The Wyeth in light cobalt tend to be the newer versions, say 1915 or so, but would still need the dose cup to be worth much of anything. The other two definitely would need to be sold to the right person at the right time.
