I just have to explore this very old house and property which are under construction , the dilemma is by the time I get home from work no one around to talk to about checking out the property. As pictured they do not have no trespassing signs just danger keep out are they just trying to cover themselves or would i still be trespassing....

It's being worked on. Best to leave a note with name and number. You could end up being in deep trouble.

I think the Fence would mean/imply no tresspassing possibly. Is gate & everything else closed & locked up? If so what will you do, jump the Fence? LEON.

Send me in as the guinea pig lol. As long as you're not tampering with the equipment or trying to get in the house, playing "honest dumb" works pretty well if you happen to get caught. Say you saw the dirt piles, and wanted to see if "anything old" was in them. Some eccentric behavior can be thrown in for kicks.

I would think keep out, regardless of an owners reasons, means keep out and therefor, no trespassing.

The most valuable bottle I ever found was in a fenced off construction/excavation area. Didn't say "No Trespassing" so I snuck in at night several times, found good stuff.

It would depend on the local laws for your area, but I'm pretty sure that would be tresspassing.

And for some courts, that doesn't cut it.Especially with someone in the house casually glancing out. :p
