It seems improbable that the software is randomly screwing up. Consider the need to click on SETTINGS at the top of the page, then on GENERAL SETTINGS on the drop-down menu at the side. Carefully select from the menu of options for PMs and other contacts. Then, SCROLL DOWN to the bottom of the menu to SAVE CHANGES.
Apparently this problem still exists as I am unable to send any messages or at least they are not showing up in my sent folder and there is no notice given that the message was successfully sent or delivered. I have gone through the general settings and reset everything to no avail. How can this be corrected. I am using Google Chrome browser.
