Well, the time as come. I have owned this bottle for nearly 11 years, and the time has come to say goodbye. The bottle is a 1944 D-Pat Coke from Taft, Calif.
For the serious Coca-Cola collector, I was once told that there were only about 125 of these known to exist, and that made it rare as they don't come up for sale that often, esp. for folks that want to collect from the West Coast or California in particular.
I'm starting it off at $45 and I have no idea if that is too high, too low, or just plain ignorant. Anyways, just putting it out there and see what happens and let you guys know in the process.
