From what I have read, Diamond Flint Glass Co. used only one diamond on their insulators before their reorganisation as Dominion Glass Co., which used two diamonds.

As this one has only one, I assume it is Diamond?

I think this is dark yellow olive?

From the Grand Rapids, Michigan, bottle show today. Given to me by a dealer when I purchased his 2-piece Brookfield transposition.

What would the age of this one be? 1910s?

Yes, definitely Diamond. I'd guess timeframe would be about 1900-1913. I'm not sure about the one diamond for Diamond and two diamonds for Dominion. Kyle (Bixel) has WAY more knowledge of Canadian insulators and he could give you more details, I'm sure.

Nice piece. Glad you were able to get to a show!

2nd bottle show I've been to. I don't know if I'll be able to get to the larger Kalamazoo show. But I was pleased to see so many kinds of insulators at this one-- some I'd never seen before.
I was able to pick up one type of insulator I'd wanted for a while-- and at only $1 too.

They are Diamond Flint Glass Co insulators. If they were Dominion Productions, they would have a <D> or <P> in the least.

I have heard that two diamond thing linked to Dominion before, but have never seen any evidence of it, and the time periods of the glass of those 102s is too early for Dominion.

Nice Canadian insulators there!
