An impromptu dig today led to some nice finds. a couple blown bottles, a strap sided warranted whisky flash, and a W.F. Severa medicine. The real winner of the day was the Naugatuck blob top soda. Being from Naugatuck made it a real nice piece. It's got a chip in the bottom and on the blob, but the embossing is nice. I found a thread on the Severa bottle. really cool story about the founder. I can't find any info on the Naugatuck soda. I'll have to go to the Historical Society this week and do some research.

I found a BURKE'S DAIRY NAUGATUCK CONN bottle a few months ago.
It is a nice half pint size with the embossing in the slug plate.
Maybe we could dig together some time.
