some milk bottle history I need

hi everyone this is Matt agai

does anyone have some history on a one quart J.G Wolfer milk bottle from Brighton N.Y. or it could also could be called J.C. Wolfer as well

Unfortunately getting history on milk bottles is pretty difficult. You basically have to ask a local collector, ask someone who was alive in Brighton in the 40's or so, or do your own research online. There are too many milk bottles for anyone to know anything about any milks other than the ones from their hometown.

I would call the library in Brighton N.Y. and ask to speak to the reference librarian. They may be willing to check old telephone and business directories. Also check with the city and county historical societies.
