It's a foot tall and dates circa 1958 (Type of Owen-Illinois mark on base).

Just curious about the pitcher-style bottle with gold decal of Austrian Eagle?

Yes, it has the Federal Law Prohibits Sale or Reuse of this Bottle statement on it.

This jug, in my opinion, dates 70´s or after bicouse of the point circle embossed on the base.

Diggansearch:
The "Federal Law Prohibits" statement is not seen after 1965.
The golden eagle is also 14 K gold, which is quite often seen until the same time.
If you mean the all-encompassing circle from an Owens machine, then that is seen on a large number of bottles for nearly a century (starting with small suction-scars back in the early 1900s, and growing from there).
If by circle you mean the (I), then that is the Owen-Illinois mark they began using circa 1958. If you mean the impression in the upper left, that part I cannot explain but have seen that back to the 1950s. And as for the stippling, that is seen from the 1930s onward.

From all of this, the bottle can only date to the later 1950s to early 1960s.
