I'm thinking no on this one...dimensions, color, and pontil look off. Maybe Continental?

Nice and definitely old looking piece. The dimensions, diameter to height particularly, don't look quite right for an 1850s ish pontiled cone. Nor is the pontil mark consistent with new England or northeast glass making from the period.

OTOH, I've not seen a continental ink that looked that much like an American pontiled cone. But I'm no expert on continental glass.

Interesting piece. Maybe provenance can help you?
