Hires Hutchinson Bottles

Can anyone tell me if Hires Rootbeer hutchinson bottles are true hutches? I have never seen one with a hutch stopper, but some bottles have the swing cork stop, or lightning closure, or cork tied with string. I have one bottle that has a groove cut on inside like a baltimore loop closure, or the hires wing screw closure.

Also can anyone tell me the ounce capacity of the hires hutch bottles? I have measured myself from being between 121/2 to 14 ounces. I have not seen any of the 1890 - 1900 labels or bottles have an capacity on them.

I do not believe they were intended to use Hutch stoppers.
