It's an interesting gin bottle though, but obviously not 1860. it's machine made.

Maybe pontil means something else where he's from. The bottom of that one says Full Quart. This bottle turned up on the forum on 12/5/11 and epackage dated it 1900's.

Also if you look at this person's other products the ages are wrong on those too!!!

It cannot be earlier than the 1930s, as Owen-Illinois (look at makers mark) was not using that mark till then, and wasn't around much before that mark.

Here is one with the labels and he dates it to 1933 (maybe written on one of the labels). Sounds about right...
