blue rectangular bottle fragment

I would like to find out what was sold in this bottle. I can read "OM'S" top line, "TINE" bottom line. It was made in USA.

definitely a medicine , made by Whitehall , Tatum co.

"W. M. Wisdom, Portland, Oregon, “ Wisdom's Robertine.” Filed and recorded January 14, 1888 FROM" and was still advertised into 1920.

From that page the info is off a bit. It states "The product was first developed by W.M. Robertine of Portland, Oregon in the mid 1880s. Wisdom was a pharmacist" but Wisdom was the mans last name and Robertine the product?
