That Dyotteville looks like a 1860's Iron or Graphite pontil. Congrats. LEON.

Great find on the Dyottville! It must have been a late throw, either that or you've just tapped into a much older section of the dump.

The Dyotteville is a heckuva bottle, I would not call any day "slim pickens" when I came away with something of that quality. I know they are common, but color/shape/condition of this specimen is great, and a nice pontil ta' boot. Lucky you.
