I have a bottle here that I can find many examples of it online but can't find it in this state. It is a Bromo Seltzer bottle and the embossed letters have these bumps in each letter. Can someone please explain why they are there? Is this an indication of the age of the bottle? The mold line does not extend to the top so it appears to be an applied finish. I have another bottle from the same company with an applied finish but it doesn't have these bubbles in the lettering.
