The lip has a side seam but it doesn't line up straight with side steam of base... I tried to capture it in this pic.

Found in southeastern US

Looks to me like it dates to around the 1920's, give or take a decade.

It's too small for Milk of Magnesia and I really don't think ink. I'm betting it's a dental product such as Silver Cement. I have one of the same size only amber with a ground stopper and mouth that has a full label for Silver Cement. O have a number of other bottles of the same size that are dental related.

Yeah it looks way too small for ink. A dental product seems like a pretty likely option. I don't often see bottles this small, it would have to be something that you didn't need to use very much of. I don't think I've ever seen a cobalt blue bottle this small before, usually the tiny ones are clear.
